NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES

Nomination  Preparation

Conducted through the National Park Service (NPS) & administered by the State Historic Preservation Officer (Indiana: Division of Historic Preservation and Archeology - DHPA), the National Register identifies historic districts, sites, buildings, structures &/or objects noteworthy to history, architecture, archeology, engineering or culture. Eligible properties must be at least 50 years old & have significance at the local, state or national level in one or more of the following categories: events, persons, design or information. The property must retain a high level of integrity in regard to location, design, setting, materials, workmanship, feeling & associations.

 

ARCHtrio staff members are recognized by the State of Indiana Division of Historic Preservation and Archeology (DHPA) as qualified preservation professionals capable of completing National Register of Historic Places nominations.
